Ik als coach kijk samen met jou in jouw spiegel, we kijken naar waar je vast loopt, zodat we tools in kunnen zetten om daarmee aan de slag te gaan, om jouw kernwaarden tot kracht te brengen.
Ik als coach
Als coach ben ik rustig, empathisch en geduldig. Een stukje confrontatie in jouw spiegel kan daarbij horen, maar ook een stukje humor en creativiteit. Ik zorg ervoor dat jij je veilig en vertrouwd voelt in een fijne praktijk. Ik daag je uit om uit je hoofd te komen, open minded te zijn om van daaruit nieuwsgierig te worden om zo de nieuwe kennis tot je te nemen.

Misschien heb jij een zelfde situatie meegemaakt, waardoor jij ze aan de hand mee kan nemen in het proces. Of heb je ontzettend veel mooie trainingen en opleiding op jouw vakagebied afgerond. Of ben je al heel lang werkzaam in het vak en is het daardoor jouw expertise geworden. Deel ook vooral je passie voor jouw vak. Laat zien dat het echt jouw droom is om dit te doen.
Voorbeeld: Ik vind het iedere keer weer zo bijzonder als mijn zangleerling dan echt die noot haalt waar ze al zo lang tegen op kijkt.

- Ben een enorme theeleut, maar geniet ook van een cappuccino amandelmelk
- Ben een grote dierenliefhebben en heb een enorm zwak voor konijnen
- Houd ontzettend van mijn man, mijn 2 zonen en mijn dochter
